Overnight Oats

This is the best make-ahead breakfast for busy week days. Time saving tip: make several at once to have for the week. You can eat this cold straight from the frig (my preference) or warmed in the microwave. You can swap the berries for a different fruit for more variety, but keep the banana (that's the natural sweetner).

Yields1 Serving
 ¼ cup organic oats
½ cup unsweet vanilla almond milk
cup plain 0% (nonfat) Greek yogurt
 ½ banana (sliced)

 1 tbsp chia seeds
1

Add all ingredients to jar

2

Stir or close lid and shake

3

Store in refrigerator overnight

4

The next morning- shake again (warm in microwave or eat it cold) and enjoy!
