• • Initial Consultation – 1 Hour – $150  Schedule Now

During this in-depth 60-minute visit, we will discuss your medical history including lab work (if available), evaluate current eating habits, diet history, personal and lifestyle needs and establish short-term and long-term goals.  You will have an individualized nutrition plan including goals, meal ideas and resources.

• • Follow-Up Appointment – 30 Minutes – $85 Schedule Now

During these 30-minute visits, we will discuss progress toward your goals, answer any questions you many have, address specific challenges, identify potential barriers to change, and strategize to work on incrementally supporting your goals with manageable and realistic follow-up steps.  Follow-up visits can also be used to learn and discus new topics (resources will be provided on new material).

• • Nutrition Counseling Package – 4 Visits – $405 $365 10% Off   Schedule Now

The package includes 4 visits including an Initial Consultation (in-depth 60-minute visit) and three Follow-up Appointments (30-minute visits) at a discounted price.

Insurance: Out-of-Network

The above “self pay” rates will apply.  However, I am able to provide you a superbill for possible reimbursement. A superbill is a detailed receipt of the services provided to the patient. Superbills provide all the information an insurance company needs to create a healthcare claim. Patients who submit superbills to their insurance companies can potentially get reimbursed for services. Even though a superbill is provided, payment is still collected directly from the patient during the time of service. 

Please note Amber Odom Nutrition, LLC does accept HSA cards.

Cancellation Policy

Amber Odom Nutrition, LLC is committed to providing all patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. Please email rdn@amberodom.com TWENTY FOUR hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please email by 5:00 p.m. on Friday.  If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $25 for the missed appointment.
